(NEW YORK, NY, JANUARY 26, 2015) New York based Choiselle, who launched their St. Lucian inspired artisanal line of natural bath & body care products last year, now has their entire product range available at Nick Troubetzkoy’s luxury resort Jade Mountain and their sister resort Anse Chastanet in St. Lucia. The product range consists of bath oils, body lotion and body butters in lavender, lemongrass and ylang ylang.
“It made perfect sense to work together with these two hotels as St. Lucia is the inspiration behind our brand,” says Nydia Norville, the company’s creator & founder. Ms. Norville spent her childhood on the tropical island learning from her grandmother, who knew how to draw out the healing properties from the plants and herbs that grew locally. These lessons from those memories are what later inspired her to create Choiselle, a brand that embodied a “back to nature” approach to skincare. The name Choiselle is derived from a southern town on the island. Many ingredients Ms. Norville uses are also native to St. Lucia.
Choiselle’s product is a great compliment to what Mr. Troubetzkoy created with his resorts in St Lucia. His philosophy of building in harmony with Caribbean nature and designing to capture the lushness of the plant life of the Caribbean coincides with the nature inspired philosophy and aesthetics of Choiselle’s products.
